Being Safe at the Tropics
When traveling to a new foreign country, there are precautions that you should take to ensure the safety of you and your family.
Start off by discussing this with a qualified physician around 4 - 6 weeks prior to leaving the country for vacation. You need to give your doctor a heads up because you may need some immunization done to protect yourself from certain illnesses that you may get while traveling.
Lastly, close family members where you will be exactly just incase you do not arrive home in time. Always leave as much contact information with your family members in the country including your cellphone number you’ll be using there to the address and number of the hotel you’ll be staying.
Finally, just take general precautions while on vacations. They’re quite obvious but aren’t when you’re having too much fun.
